Ann Marie Unger is the founder and owner of Hand and Paw Studio. 20 + years ago, Ann Marie’s youngest son was diagnosed with environmental asthma. This diagnosis made her take a look at their lifestyle. In doing so, she found that so much of our health is tied into environmental factors. She made a lifestyle change. Six years ago, with the adoption of her German Shepherd, she found that the lifestyle changes she made for her human family needed to be made for her fur family too.

Ann Marie started making her own collars from natural materials and dog toys from upcycled materials for her own dogs and that quickly grew into a part-time business. That part-time business has grown into a full time passion. Her goal is to bring environmentally friendly and natural pet products to the market while hiring stay-at-home parents as employees and giving them an opportunity to provide an income for their families.
