Roxanne is a Nutrition and Food Scientist and her graduate research centered on fermented dairy products. She worked in the human food industry for over 12 years in research, product development, and quality assurance before becoming an independent food and nutrition consultant. Roxanne made the transition to pet food while consulting for Answers Pet Food, and is now a full time partner at the company. She regularly attends the AAFCO conferences to provide representation for raw pet foods.
